Payments

Any payments you make on this Website are subject to the following terms and conditions. In order to make a payment you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Escape Company retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

When making a payment you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make the payment and that there are sufficient funds to cover the payment.

Payments shall be made through a linked payment gateway and will be processed directly by the Bank of Maldives Plc (the “Bank”) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Escape Company will not have access to your credit or debit card details.

Upon receiving your order the Bank will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. When you complete the online payment, funds will be deducted from your credit or debit card in the selected currency.

Discount codes: We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict refund policy:

  • 100% of booking fee less cancellation charges of $5.00 will be provided if refund is requested 24hrs prior to departure time.
  • 50% of booking fee less cancellation charges of $5.00 will be provided if refund is requested 12hrs prior to departure time.
  • No refund will be provided for bookings where departure time is less than 12 hours window.

Charges and Cancellation Fees

Credit cards charged at time of booking. Upon cancellation of a journey, a non-refundable $5.00 cancellation fee will be imposed.

No fees are charged if booking is immediately rescheduled. To re-schedule contact +960 7798181.

Required Travel Identification

Photo ID required for all traveling passengers. Foreign travelers must present a valid passport.

Age Restriction

Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult passenger.

Travel Responsibility & Schedule

Our schedule ferries leave on time and you are responsible for being where instructed promptly. If at any case you couldn’t make it on time we will not be able to provide refund. So especially for foreign customers, we recommend you to make the booking at most convenient time.

Child Policy

  • Infants (0 to 12 months) travel FREE.
  • Children (ages 0–10) pay children prices ($13.00) and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Ages 10 and above pay adult prices.
